You wash up after a wreck and build your Tortuga from scratch: place buildings on cliffs and sheer walls, set up long production chains (food, clothing, weapons, gear), and run island logistics with bridges and ropes. Keep your crew happy, simple RUM won't cut it as veterans demand comfort and rare goods. Captains sail on raids to grab rare resources; ship combat is turn‑based.
