🚜 Farming Simulator 25 went to school, Tokyo Metropolitan Agricultural School used the sim as a digital twin of real farming.
Students trained on full sim rigs with controllers, eye‑tracking and a curved screen that mimicked a cab, picking crops, planning production and testing strategies for labour shortages, climate risks and falling incomes, all without financial risk. One student even managed to drop a tractor off a cliff. The program is part of a research project, and early results suggest the sim can actually help train future professionals.
