11 bit ran a Frostpunk festival and revealed the second DLC Frostpunk 2: Breach of Trust, launching 23 June 2026. HYPE 🌋
Set in a volcanic city, you become the First Citizen of New Edinburgh. Expect new factions, deadly hazards («Shoves» & «Volcanic Nights»), 2 scenario maps, 5 new buildings and colony diplomacy options (trade / extort / conquer). Platforms: PC (Steam/GOG/EGS), PS5, Xbox Series, Russian text included; closed playtest in May. Third DLC Surge is penciled in for 2026. Original Frostpunk is headed to Switch (date TBA). There's a graphic novel by Justin Jordan and Ryan Benjamin, fresh merch and vinyl reprints. The series surpassed 11 million players; Steam sale runs for two weeks.
