⚠️ Genshin Impact has officially left PlayStation 4, HoYoverse has pulled the PS4 build and now blocks launches, forcing players to upgrade to PlayStation 5 or other supported platforms.
The change, first announced in August 2025, is blamed on hardware limits and insufficient power for the game's bulky client. Purchases made in the PS Store will carry over to next‑gen consoles. At the same time the studio raised PC and mobile system requirements to optimize the game for more powerful modern hardware.
