Microsoft report: revenue from Xbox hardware sales plunged 33% in Q3, the third‑worst quarter in 12 years 📉
The company still grew overall: revenue $82.9B (+18%), net income $31.8B (+23%). $54.5B came from cloud, it carried the quarter (+29%); gaming revenue −7%, content & services (incl. Game Pass) −5%. Nadella and new gaming head Asha Sharma promise "fundamental work" to win players back, but Microsoft forecasts further declines. OUCH
