⚠️ Nacon has entered judicial reorganization after filing for insolvency, the move began in end of February and has now spread to its studios.
Affected: Spiders, Kylotonn, Cyanide and motion-capture arm Nacon Tech; Cyanide's subsidiary Big Bad Wolf is also dragged into the process. The court freezes mandatory debt payments and gives up to 18 months to agree a recovery plan with creditors. The trigger: major shareholder Bigben Interactive failed to service a bond. This is a rescue attempt, not an immediate shutdown. CRISIS.
