🔎 Neverness to Everness, a wide GPU roundup from RTX 3060 to RTX 5090, plus RX 6000-9000: Hotta Studio built a UE5 megapolis with Lumen and hardware RT, then slapped on strict limits.

Officially Ray Tracing is gated to RTX 4080 and up, leaving AMD and lower RTX cards out, but testers found a HACK via driver swaps/config edits to unlock real reflections. Hardware RT is vital for glossy supercars and neon storefronts (it kills noise and grain); combined with DLSS and frame generation modern midrange rigs can hold stable FPS, so these limits look political rather than technical.
