⚡️ Shift Up has acquired 100% of Tokyo studio Unbound Games, the new team Shinji Mikami put together after leaving Tango Gameworks.
Unbound, roughly 50 people, is developing a new IP for PC and consoles; Shift Up will publish and provide funding. Mikami says the studio operates «without extra rules or corporate pressure», and the announcement trailer already teases footage of the upcoming game.
