⚠️ Stormgate is losing multiplayer, Frost Giant warned on Discord that by the end of April 2026 its online modes will be shut down, but this isn't the end.
They'll ship a patch so you can play OFFLINE; the issue is host Hathora, picked up by an AI company, so the studio is hunting for a new partner. The F2P RTS on Unreal Engine 5 has been on Steam for ~a year, couldn't pull more than 5k peak players and sits at 48% reviews, devs plan to bring online back.
