Sword Art Online Fractured Daydream is getting a single‑player mode, a proper SINGLEPLAYER option to play the story at your own pace. A new trailer hints the solo mode focuses on narrative runs without the need to form full online groups; Bandai Namco hasn't shared full details yet.
The plot unfolds in the Galaxia system of Alfheim Online and brings together 21 playable characters from different timelines. Existing online features, raids, co‑op quests and free roam supporting up to 20 players, remain intact. The solo mode looks like a balance/quality‑of‑life change, not a ditching of the multiplayer design.
