You play Coen: his sister is struck by the Black Death, a vampire lord Brencis saves her and enforces a bloody tax. Coen turns into a vampire and gets exactly 30 days, almost every meaningful action moves the clock: side quests, dialogue choices and skill upgrades eat time. There's a blood-thirst meter, multiple endings and hard moral trade-offs. BRUTAL
