Ubisoft is steering Assassin's Creed: Codename Hexe toward grounded witchcraft, less spectacle and flashy supernatural antics, more atmosphere and historical flavor.
The game is in the home stretch of development, and the studio clearly wants a return-to-basics approach: familiar mechanics, a hit of NOSTALGIA for fans, and restrained sorcery 🪄
