Undertale and Deltarune are officially only in English and Japanese, Toby Fox says it's not about snubbing other countries but about keeping the official text faithful to his vision. 🤝
He approved an official Japanese translation of Undertale because he knows the language and could work directly with the translator; other languages he prefers fans handle, FANS translations on PC are fine. Localizing Deltarune now would slow development. On the concert tour and merch: he didn't pick venues, organizers heard interest from Latin America, high shipping costs are down to logistics, and Fangamer is working on fixes.
