☢️ War Thunder launched Nuclear Escalation, a US vs USSR clash in Central America; the event runs until 13 April.
The mode uses escalation: points unlock bigger weapons, from tactical NUKES of 5 and 30 kilotons to strategic bombers B-52H and Tu-95M carrying warheads up to 1.6 megatons. Players can permanently unlock these legendary bombers in research trees. Devs also added AGM-88A HARM, Kh-58U and Kh-25MPU for SEAD; heavily armored ground vehicles can survive tactical blasts, while coordinated air defence can counter strategic strikes.
