Pragmata

⚡️ Pragmata from Capcom rocketed up the Steam charts after rave press reviews, high scores converted into a flood of pre-orders and pushed the game into the top‑5 paid earners by revenue.

Overall it sits at 8th in revenue, trailing only established industry giants and online blockbusters; the current HYPE is a clear win for the publisher ahead of the April 17 launch on PC, current‑gen consoles and Nintendo's new platform.

Insomniac Games

Looks like Insomniac Games have arguably moved into proper production on Marvel's Spider-Man 3: Ben Jordan, the face of Peter Parker in recent Insomniac titles, posted a mocap-shot with a facial camera 🕷️

His caption, «If you know, you know», set off the hype train: after previous big leaks, fans read Jordan's studio appearance as a clear sign the project is entering active animation recording.

Nikita Buyanov

⚡️Nikita Buyanov, head of Battlestate Games, confirmed he's a driving force behind sci‑fi shooter Fragmentary Order (aka Frago) and founded the new international studio Rant Gaming. Fans already nicknamed it "Starkov": a sci‑fi shooter with a hardcore vibe, but not a classic extraction shooter.

Buyanov personally shut down the worry about leaving, he's not abandoning Escape from Tarkov and will work on Tarkov in parallel: separate teams, so the main game's development pace won't suffer. FRAGO is his parallel dream, not a replacement.

Bloodborne

💀 Bloodborne is coming back: Sony announced a full‑length animated movie that will be R-rated and made in the spirit of the original game.

The gates of Yharnam are open again, expect gothic horror, brutal bloodiness and an oppressive atmosphere, not cute cartoons. This could be the dark adaptation fans have wanted. HYPE

Bungie

⚡️ Bungie dropped the cinematic trailer for Marathon, a grim dispatch from the abandoned colony Tau Ceti IV.

This PvPvE extraction shooter casts you as 'Runners', mercs hunting resources while facing hostile AI and other players; the social hook is forming squads mid-match via proxy chat. Available for pre-order on PlayStation 5 and PC. Devs promise deep crafting and chaotic, unpredictable runs that push the tension of every sortie in true extraction‑shooter fashion.

Pickmon

🚨 Pickmon has been rebranded to Pickmos, a transparent move to sidestep legal heat from Nintendo and other IP owners.

Publisher NetworkGo says the rename emphasizes the game's "cosmic scale", yet the creatures are still called Pickmon in code and lore. Experts call it a label swap to avoid lawsuits; the community blasts the KNOCKOFF as blatant rip‑off, and devs promise to rethink the visuals after the social-media backlash 🚨

Roblox

‼️Roblox is rolling out age profiles in June: Kids (5-8) and Select (9-15) to tighten child safety.🛡️

Accounts will auto-upgrade as users age; age checks are planned via a face-scan. Kids profiles have chat off by default and only access the safest games, while Select allows moderate content and standard chat. If age isn't verified, communications are blocked and available games are limited to the safest titles.

Kraken Express

🚢 Kraken Express (formerly Windrose), a co‑op survival now in Early Access on Steam and Epic Games Store, localized to Russian. Price is ₽1399, with a 10% launch discount until 21 April. Release trailer is in the store.

The Uzbekistan devs renamed the game because "it sounds cooler", it's just the ship's name and the team remains unchanged. They're steering toward 1.0 and ask for your feedback and support. Hello, CAPTAINS.

PowerWash Simulator

⚠️ PowerWash Simulator is losing its FREEBIES: the Tomb Raider and Final Fantasy crossovers will be pulled from stores on May 19.

FuturLab says the deal with Square Enix ended, so both packs, each with five themed levels, from Lara Croft's mansion to industrial Midgar, will be permanently removed; players who grab them before the deadline keep them in their libraries. The game is available on PC, Xbox, PlayStation and Switch. Likely the rights will fully revert to the devs.

Azur Lane

🏐 Azur Lane runs its third crossover with Dead or Alive Xtreme Venus Vacation from April 17 to May 1, Venus is BACK in port, trying to recruit a team before a beach volleyball showdown.

The event adds 6 new SSRs (Elisa, carrier, Shendi, heavy cruiser, Yukino, light cruiser, Tsukushi, destroyer, Shizuku, battleship, Patty, submarine), 10 swimsuit skins, limited gacha, event/friendship rewards, rentable skins for Elisa, Shendi and Argus via costume vouchers, and a rerun (Kasumi, Marie Rose, Tamaki) kicking off on April 23.
