Starfield

🚀 Starfield got a huge DLC, Terran Armada, plus a free patch, and Steam peaks jumped to 27.8k, the best two-year high.

The update adds true free-flight between planets, the rare X-Tech for fleet customisation, a new campaign and invasion systems, the March 3-8k player counts are history. Only the Shattered Space launch in 2024 produced a similar spike.

Invincible VS

THINK, devs! The Invincible VS beta (started 9 April) is getting wrecked by mass rage‑quits, flashy superhero combos end on a "player disconnected" screen.

Players are urging Quarter Up to add penalties/temporary bans or even a showy Quitality-style punishment; broken matchmaking throws newbies at vets. Skybound Games have only weeks to fix this mess before launch, or the release could tank 😤

Jay Klaitz

🤨 Reality outpaced satire: Jay Klaitz, the voice of Lester in GTA 5, told El Dorado he doubts GTA 6 will sting like before, after 13 years the grotesque and headlines blurred.

The game will still be a hit, he admits, but only the 'crazy guy from FLORIDA' cliché might give Rockstar fresh ammo. We'll see in November on PS5 and Xbox Series

Road to Vostok

🔥 Road to Vostok sold 140,000 copies in 5 days, a solo-made indie hardcore survival that blew up on Steam, hitting roughly 25,000 concurrent players despite no ad budget and earning very positive reviews. The sales already cover the planned roadmap.

The flip side: the creator reports burnout and a clogged inbox of 11,000 messages. He can't hire help yet because revenue arrives in a month; first patches are on the way, then a break, after which he'll focus on AI improvements and expanding gameplay systems.

Agefield High: Rock the School

🚲 Agefield High: Rock the School, Refugium Games dropped a gameplay overview.

Set in the 2000s, it's an open-world high-school sandbox: you're a teen cruising a small American town on a bike, study when you feel like it, flirt with classmates, blow your side-gig dollars on fresh fits and gadgets, hit wild PARTIES with friends and pick fights at the drop of a hat. Launch on Steam is slated for 2026.

Crimson Desert

🌍 Crimson Desert, the WORLD beats the plot: on Steam only 2.3% of players unlocked the «Expert Storyteller» achievement.

Most spend hundreds of hours in Paivel, stuck in opening regions hunting secrets and fights instead of finishing the main campaign, because the script and protagonist Cliff don't stack up to heroes like The Witcher 3. For Pearl Abyss it's a win, the game's depth keeps players coming back again and again.

Blizzard

🎧 Jez Corden dropped a line on his podcast: Blizzard reportedly has a StarCraft shooter and Drew Murray, the ex-design lead of Perfect Dark, is attached to it.

Murray moved from The Initiative (on Perfect Dark) to Insomniac where he worked on Marvel's Spider-Man 2, then joined Blizzard in January 2026 per LinkedIn. Corden says he HEARD it, not confirmed.

Fable

⚠️ Fable reportedly got pushed to avoid clashing with GTA 6. Insider Jeff Grubb says Microsoft adjusted the timing: officially still slated for 2026, but Playground Games had aimed for fall and are now eyeing December or a full slip to 2027. This launch matters a lot for Xbox boss Asha Sharma, big exclusives are central to the brand reboot. WILD.

Battlefield 6

⚠️ Devs of Battlefield 6 accidentally LEAKED the trailer for the temporary mode Operation Augur, the clip went live on YouTube early.

NATO must storm Hagental to oust Pax Armata. The fight is two-stage: first on Contaminated with the return of VL7 smoke, then at the facility. Patch 1.2.3.0 drops on April 14; expect new weapons and vehicles.

Crimson Desert

In Crimson Desert you don't need just swords to beat bosses, you can bring the BEES 🐝

Chop a tree with a hive, catch the swarm and release it on the arena: steady DOT while you kite. There's also a rare weapon, Beehive Club (the hive club), which auto-spawns a swarm on hit. Brutal for mid-tier bosses; it tends to fall off in late game, but the BEES ABUSE will carry you through many fights.
