Diablo Immortal

Diablo Immortal (mobile ARPG) gets a crossover with DOOM: The Dark Ages, expect medieval‑futurist carnage and BRUTAL vibes 💀

From April 16, as part of DOOM's marketing push, a limited event adds new cosmetics inspired by доспехов Палача Рока, weapon skins echoing the saw‑shield and the universal chain, dungeon runs where regular demons are replaced by DOOM monsters, and exclusive rewards, including a pet cacodemon.

Gunzilla Games

‼️Gunzilla Games chief Vlad Korolyov publicly replied to pay-delay accusations and blamed HATERS 😬

He said full‑time staff are paid on time but admitted contractor payouts, including Paul Creamer, who claims he wasn't paid since October 2025, may be delayed and tied to cash flow; apologised, and called Off The Grid a key Web3 title that's still growing despite the criticism.

Daedalic Entertainment

🐙 Daedalic Entertainment announced Home & Harbor, a major expansion for Barotrauma, due this autumn.

Build and upgrade deep‑sea outposts: manage settlers' lives, unlock tech via research, and turn stations into cozy homes or industrial powerhouses. A new faction, the Descendants (technocrats using alien artifacts), adds a story thread, while NPC groups will trade, fight and react to your diplomacy, reshaping Europe's economy.

Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord

🚢 Big patch for Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord expands War Sails and adds proper naval systems.

In BETA they reworked lord behaviour at sea: longer active patrols, offensive naval patrols, convoy interceptions and full coastal raids with troop landings and shore-battle scenes. The base game gets diplomacy/trade/alliances overhaul, tighter war mechanics, stealth and skill changes, random events, faction balance, AI and performance fixes. Roadmap: more naval content, clan management tools and multiplayer improvements (spectator modes and better squad control).

Prophecies of Ash

⚡️ Fire trial: the Prophecies of Ash expansion for Anno 117: Pax Romana launches on April 23, confirmed during Anno Day, simultaneous on PC and current‑gen consoles. 🌋

You'll colonize the island Chinis, found the new capital Lacium, spin up unique production chains and endure a 4-stage volcanic eruption that will ravage infrastructure, all to win the favor of the smith‑god. BRUTAL.

Monster Hunter Wilds

🐉 Capcom reminded players about the tie‑in between Monster Hunter Wilds and Monster Hunter Stories 3: Stories 3 flips the script, you raise, bond with and fight alongside monsters instead of hunting them. Creatures from Wilds will appear, one area echoes Windward Plains, and Arkveld leaves the Forbidden Lands to join as a companion with the kinship move Final Rampage.

A free demo with transferable progress was confirmed; owners of Wilds get a BONUS, the cosmetic Hope armour layered set if they have saves. Curious to see how the community reacts 🐾

Intel Arc

🧊 Intel Arc and Crimson Desert are finally thawing: with driver 32.0.101.8629 the game now launches and runs sometimes PLAYABLE.

Early tests show ~60 FPS on a Arc B580 at 1440p ultra and usable ray tracing on a Arc Pro B50 at 1080p, but there are still visual artifacts (faces look broken), frequent crashes and issues when turning on FSR upscaling. Progress is real, but stability is far from solved.

Risk of Rain 2

⚡️Risk of Rain 2 is getting a dark DLC, Hallowed Concepts, announced by Gearbox Publishing & Gearbox Software, release date TBA, but the expansion's contents are out.

The DLC deepens the N'Kuhana mythos and cranks up cultish, death-soaked vibes on Petrichor V: returning Damp Caverns, a creepy village Tenebrous Quagmire and the sacred The Lurid Basilica; expect new enemies, curse mechanics that force constant adaptation, tougher and more varied fights, and two new survivors with unique kits, INSANE.

Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy

Looks like Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy is heading to Nintendo Switch 2 👀

A fresh age rating on Taiwan's classification site points to an imminent port. Eidos Montréal hasn't responded, it's unclear whether they'll handle the port or hand it to a third-party team; the latter seems more likely given recent layoffs and cancelled projects at the studio. The game originally launched in autumn 2021 on PC, PlayStation and Xbox, and only appeared on the original Switch via cloud. WILD

Crystalfall

Steampunk Diablo‑like Crystalfall from CRG Studio just hit Early Access on Steam, free, with Russian localization: 3 classes, 5 acts and early endgame bits. Full release is due in 9 months.

Launch was rough: servers were down for hours, and once live players judged the game a mediocre ARPG with a strong mobile tilt. At publication the title sits at just 19% positive. Founder packs and a competition with prizes exist, but right now it looks like a total FAIL 😬
