Lionhearts

The Lionhearts team rolled out a dev update: it's mostly technical polish, combat, NPC behaviour and stability were the focus. They added a pre‑release notice and restored character collision, so fights now hit with proper weight.

Stamina was reworked, when it drops to zero, stamina/block regen now begins after a 5 seconds delay to prevent instant passive recovery. Audio tweaks: menu music loops the main theme and movement/UI SFX are tied to their sliders. NPC AI is sharper, faster follow‑up after stuns and attempts to block arrows; sprint→camera bug fixed. Up next: voice chat, camera tweaks, hitbox improvements and crash fixes. DEMO ⚔️

Hearts of Iron IV

🎉 Hearts of Iron IV turns 10 on June 6. Devs are prepping a major update and anniversary events.

After the cosmetic Warships of the Pacific pack and two hotfixes, bigger changes are incoming: a fleet rebalance and naval mechanics tweaks are already in open beta (devs admit submarines are currently too easy to detect). Some fixes will land in the big patch Peace for our Time, it bundles paid content plus a free update for everyone: AI improvements, bug fixes, performance optimizations and less UI busywork. Devs also hint at extra in‑game activities and possible achievements, and they're inviting the community to pitch ideas. HYPE

Undead Labs

No zombie-deer: Undead Labs lead Philip Holt admits the reveal six years ago showed almost nothing, the famous deer was an external CGI concept. WILD

When the trailer dropped the team was only five people and ideas lived in a text doc; Holt confirms no infected animals will be in the final game. The studio pivoted to evolve survival systems and base-building, merge the best of the first two entries, and deepen crafting and resource adaptation. Full playtests with 4-player coop and revamped combat begin next month.

Beast Quest

Heard about Beast Quest only because it's getting pulled from Steam, PlayStation Store, Xbox Store and Nintendo eShop

Publisher Maximum Games confirmed the final delist on 9 April 2026. Owners keep their copies in personal libraries, redownload and play remain available. If you were planning to buy it, HURRY, only a few days left.

Burrowbuck

🐇 Burrowbuck is hopping into ARK: Survival Ascended, a horned, skittish rabbit that vanishes in a cloud of dust and burrows underground in seconds, leaving pursuers completely baffled.

Earn its trust and you unlock a network of subterranean tunnels for travel and exploration, note: entrances don't always go where you'd expect. Burrowbuck arrives at launch in the Fantastic Tames Season 1 pack for $9.99. Devs also teased concepts for two more creatures that will roll out across 2026. WILD

Mewgenics

🤨 Mewgenics: Edmund McMillen asked vets with at least 100 hours to name the most USELESS abilities ahead of the next update.

Players' replies point a clear finger: the magic abilities are getting the heat, skills on collarless cats are often called pointless, and the basic wand is widely seen as underpowered compared to other gear. McMillen wants feedback from experienced players to get a less noisy, more objective read on balance.

Esoteric Ebb

⚡️Esoteric Ebb just got the 1.2 update, the dev calls it a "golden build" and treats it as the end of major post‑launch patches.

Launched on March 3, 2026, the team focused on bug fixes and stability: major critical issues were avoided, and future improvements will be targeted. The game is not a live service, the studio is moving onto new projects, so consider this the FINAL big support run.

The Farm 51

⚠️ The Farm 51 filed a preventive bankruptcy petition on April 2, 2026, a formal legal step inside a broad restructuring.

Chernobylite 2 and the studio's other projects now hinge on talks with creditors: the main aim is approval of a settlement agreement to pause litigation, steady the budget and secure fresh capital to finish the sequel. It's SAVE or collapse, all in investors' hands.

Techland

Less GRIND, more action, Techland rolled out hotfix 1.6.1 for Dying Light: The Beast. Hunger drains slower (yes, even during sleep) and critical starvation triggers much later, so you won't be constantly babysitting the food meter.

Traders now sell heartier rations, DLC weapon blueprints can be upgraded to legendary, and inventory auto-drops your weakest gear when bags overflow. The patch continues post-Restored Land support, devs say they'll keep trimming the GRIND and expanding the content roadmap.

Jotunnslayer: Hordes of Hel

⚔️ Jotunnslayer: Hordes of Hel gets Conan on April 9, dropping alongside a free two‑player co-op on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC.

Conan is an all‑out bruiser built around the «Triumph» stacks: kills build charges that let you ignore incoming damage and turn into an almost unstoppable force. Expect crit boosts, crowd‑clearing moves, three subclasses, a new zone Stygia and a «God of Fate» risk‑vs‑reward blessing system. The free co‑op is tuned for fast runs, build synergy, alternating upgrades and join‑in‑progress without losing host progress, polished by testers. Ready for CHAOS.
