Ghost of Yotei: Legends

⚔️ Ghost of Yotei: Legends, four-player raid launches April 10

Sucker Punch confirmed the season finale: a coop raid facing the Six's leader, Lord Saito, and a mysterious Dragon. New interaction mechanics turn every encounter into a tactical puzzle, victory will demand surgical coordination, flawless builds and tight squadplay. Update the game at launch and be the first to take the tyrant down, it's gonna be BRUTAL.

Battlefield 6

🔥 In Battlefield 6 the seasonal Nightfall event, live since March 17, flipped the pace: darkness and new tools pushed players to adapt and pull off EXPERIMENTS with movement and tactics.

Devs noticed players want these moods to stick around, in the next Hunter/Prey phase Nightfall bits (including VL-7 Smoke and the night mode) will land in Portal, so they can be used outside limited events. The team is monitoring feedback and is considering bringing these features back or folding them into permanent systems to broaden gameplay variety and give players more room to experiment.

Ascenders: Beyond the Peak

🧗♂️ Ascenders: Beyond the Peak is a turn‑based vertical roguelite about climbing, survival and brutal choices from Ludogram and Twin Sails Interactive.

You lead a rope‑linked team up cursed summits to hunt ancient artifacts. The rope system literally ties characters together, pull teammates to safety, pin them on a slope or gamble a risky save. Expect Lovecraftian threats, class variety (assaults, hook‑scouts, demolitions), resource runs, camp upgrades, faction ties and permanent losses that shape future runs. Every expedition tightens the pressure and forces ruthless decisions.

Marathon

⚡️Bungie rolls out a mid‑season update for Marathon on April 14, patch 1.0.6 shifts the focus to recon and tactical play.

The overhaul centers on the Recon shell: Echo Pulse will be harder for enemies to read, making range judgments trickier; using a signal jammer before the pulse lets you masquerade as a friendly UESC. The Tracker Drone gets nastier, increased accuracy and pursuit strength, plus automatic retargeting if it loses sight. Part of the mid‑season push to freshen tactics and make scouting actually matter.

Netmarble

⚡️ Netmarble is staging a First Dive Show, a live online showcase for MONGIL: Star Dive, the FINAL preview before the global launch. Tune in on 8 April at 12:00 MSK on the game's official YouTube.

The stream will walk through the core mechanics and the game's world one week before release, the title launches on 15 April 2026 for PC and mobile. It's the spiritual successor to 2013's Korean Monster Taming, rebuilt in Unreal Engine 5 with cinematic storytelling; expect deep looks at combat, crafting and story hooks.

Take-Two

⚡️Take-Two has fired its head of AI, Luke Dicken, along with his team as part of a major AI-department reorg.

Most of the group reportedly came from Zynga (acquired in 2022 for $12.7B). Take-Two refuses to comment; CEO Strauss Zelnick has publicly criticised AI before, looks like a pullback on AI investment. WILD 🤨

From hate to love

From hate to love: how CD Projekt RED SAVED Misty in Cyberpunk 2077 😏

Erika Lindbeck says Misty was originally "empty" and disappointing, she expected her main gig to be Meredith Stout. The devs rewrote the character multiple times until they turned her into a softer, New Jersey‑style Harley Quinn and expanded her into a spiritual counterpoint to the cold tech of Night City. Now Misty outshines Meredith in importance and is one of Lindbeck's favorite roles, while she still jokes about the character's punished first draft.
