👀 SCOOP: Crystal Dynamics is reportedly working on a major Lord of the Rings game, Abu Dhabi's ADIO is said to have pumped in about $100M, with Embracer and Revenge involved.
According to Insider Gaming it's pitched as a third‑person action aiming at AAA competition, has been in dev "for some time" and is still far from release; both Embracer and Crystal Dynamics declined to comment. Warhorse's title is a separate project.
