🤦 inZOI creator Hyunjun Kim admitted the life sim turned out far tougher than expected, even with almost 30 years in the industry he had to take off the rose‑tinted glasses and rethink the scope.
The studio moved the project to early access because a chunk of the work ended up on players: they hunted bugs and tested core systems; Kim apologised and says they're fixing issues step‑by‑step and learning. The team is now focused on improving UX and closing gaps based on community feedback, TBH he understands why The Sims still rules the genre.
