Bungie

⚡️ Bungie says the Marathon narrative is plotted out for years, but players can still shape it, creative director Julia Nardin calls community input part of the BIG MAGIC.

The colony backstory on Tau Ceti IV is fixed, but devs will scatter more clues across the world and ensure each season can serve as a clear entry point for newcomers. Available on PC (Steam), PS5 and Xbox Series with full Russian localization. Early sales ~1.2M copies, likely passed 2M by now.

Resident Evil Requiem

The creators of Resident Evil Requiem, Koshi Nakanishi and Masato Kumazawa, explained how to scare players without making them quit 😈

They went back to the roots: a tight mix of action and horror, steady low-grade tension beats occasional jump scares, and the franchise's trademark madness and dark humor are used sparingly. Callbacks are meaningful, not cheap fanservice, and the emotional bond with heroine Grace is a major win. Expect Leon S. Kennedy to stick around for a long time.

The Division Resurgence

⚡️The Division Resurgence, the free looter‑shooter is getting a full PC release in August: Ubisoft published the 2026 roadmap. The launch will kick off Season 2; seasons run ~4 months with major content waves every 6 weeks.

Next update goes live 12 May with Dark Zone events and cosmetics; a June pass brings the exotic shotgun Scorpio. A big story expansion is slated for winter. PC is already in Early Access with shared progress and crossplay with iOS/Android. FREE loot incoming.

Capcom

⚡️Capcom says Leon S. Kennedy could remain the protagonist even at 70. 😏

Finished Resident Evil Requiem and craving more of his signature backflips and leading-man looks? Good news, the director hinted Capcom isn't ready to write Leon off, so he could stick around for years more.

Assassin's Creed Invictus

⚠️ Rumor: testers are unhappy with Assassin's Creed Invictus, YouTuber j0nathan said that after tests in late April he "heard the game is awful". BROKEN 😬

The project surfaced in Oct 2022 and is reportedly due end of year, but Ubisoft hasn't shown any gameplay, the title may be pushed back or even cancelled. It's being made by a studio known for a PvP fighter; earlier leaks described a Fall Guys‑like round-based formula (gameplay only, not visuals).

Forza Horizon 6

🚗 Forza Horizon 6 went GOLD and is already available to preload on PC and Xbox, launch set for May 19, 2026.

Paradox Tinto

Paradox Tinto explained how the community has shaped Europa Universalis 5: player feedback steered changes in economy, population and diplomacy. Ditching classic "mission trees" opened the sandbox but made historical routes feel vague for some players.

Devs admit the historical-agency system and fragmented events need overhaul, they're building more coherent event chains with lasting consequences, and bringing back a more readable AI so state actions can be analyzed and predicted. NO-BS, community input became one of the main design drivers.

Daikichi

Valve blocked a demo from a Japanese INDIE dev Daikichi, moderation flagged a self-reference as potential IP infringement 😬

Inside WIRED TOKYO 2007 are «dinosaur card games», a clear callback to Dinostone (released 2023). Steam is asking for license papers or a legal opinion, but the previous title was published under a pseudonym so proving authorship is messy and hiring a lawyer is out of budget. Daikichi wrote and signed a document granting himself permission to use his own work, resubmitted it and now waits for the platform's answer. If WIRED TOKYO 2007 ships, it'll be PC on Steam only, with no Russian localization.

Cities: Skylines II

⚡️The devs of Cities: Skylines II are testing a hotfix aimed at shaving down the crazy long load times for mod-heavy games, Steam now hosts an open beta branch loading_fix available to all owners.

How to join: opt into the BETA in Steam settings, the game will update and run with experimental load-time improvements. The team is collecting data, so the build might be a bit WONKY; you can revert to the public release anytime via the same menu. Worth a try 😉

Fallout 76

⚡️ Why Fallout 76 still thrives after 8 years

At the BAFTA Games Awards John Rush said the game's longevity comes down to its community: after a disastrous 2018 launch Bethesda rebuilt an empty map into a living ecosystem, a surprisingly friendly playerbase, tie‑ins with the Fallout TV show, major updates like Burning Springs and availability on Game Pass keep thousands logging in and erase old stigma.
