🏜️ Funcom rolled out a big update for Dune: Awakening on test servers, the game officially shifts to PvE-first, with the open world tuned for CHILL, non-combat play.

The Deep Desert is split into per-server PvE and PvP instances after stats showed about 80% of players prefer PvE. PvP isn't dead, it's higher-risk/high-reward: resource and spice yields are significantly boosted there, and Hagga Basin is now a fully peaceful zone.

PlayStation Plus

⚡️ LEAK: a list of PlayStation Plus Extra/Premium titles for April 2026 has leaked, and it apparently includes a proper revamp of one of Sony's top console exclusives 👀

No game name or official confirmation yet, but if true this is exactly the kind of drop that makes people resubscribe, dust off their PS, or stare at the update page until Sony speaks.

Imagine Dragons

🎸 Imagine Dragons' frontman Dan Reynolds and his brother have launched Night Street Games and dropped Last Flag, a third‑person tactical shooter set in an alt‑70s.

Available now on PC (Steam, EGS); PS5 and Xbox Series arrive this summer. Core loop is 5v5: hide your flag, steal the enemy's and hold it at base for 1 minute. Radar towers shrink the search zone and grant respawn points. Launch roster: 9 heroes across 2 maps, Copper Falls and Snowfield. DIVE

Marathon

⚡️ March on Steam was packed, the TOP new-release roundup includes Marathon and Esoteric Ebb, alongside big hitters like Crimson Desert and Life is Strange: Reunion.

Obsidian

🦎 Obsidian rolled out a major update for Grounded 2: the show-stealer is King Dozer, a giant horned lizard boss that drops a powerful scale armor.

Pet insects can now be progressed via the Buffin' Barrel and moldy teeth up to endgame tiers; the patch expands Brookhollow zones, introduces deadly O.G.R.R. robots, adds the builder's spit‑roast EverChar, lets players block arrow shots, launches an Easter event and makes Playgrounds fully ready for user-made maps and challenges. Crimson Desert

🎮 Crimson Desert has crossed the 5 million copies mark, achieved in about a month since launch.

Developers keep shipping patches: expanded personal stash, more mounts, and a roadmap of upcoming updates shaped by community feedback. The game is on PC (Steam, Microsoft Store), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series. Studio MAYBE considering a port to Nintendo Switch 2.

God of War

🐉⚡️God of War is heading to China and Japan, with Faye taking the lead.

MP1st says the next entry is a big spin‑off and basically a PREQUEL: the story dives into East Asian pantheons, and Tyr could be a second playable. Insider Tom Henderson hints an announcement might land this month; release is likely in H1 2027. Sony appears to be scheduling the launch to avoid a head‑to‑head with GTA 6.

Windrose

Windrose from Uzbekistan exploded on Steam in early access, it peaked at 70,000 concurrent players and holds 88% positive reviews 😏

Co-op survival by Kraken Express with full pirate vibes: black flags, rum and mayhem. Russian localization is available, and some folks will likely buy it on Epic too. One day in, SOLID launch.

MONGIL: Star Dive

PC users can preload via Netmarble Launcher or Epic Games Store; mobile players via Google Play and App Store. Full PC install is about 50 GB. It's a free RPG about collecting cute monsters: recruit creatures, fill the Monster Codex, fight in fast-paced battles and explore a world of humans, half-demons and monsters.
