Remedy Entertainment

🚀 Remedy Entertainment is upbeat, Control has topped 6 million copies sold, and the studio says CONTROL Resonant is shaping up to be a day‑one must‑buy.

The quarter was modest but steady: revenue dipped to €13,1 млн while EBITDA €2,9 млн rose; game sales and royalties nearly doubled as development fees fell after finishing Resonant. A Max Payne remake and a secret project are in the works; the studio aims to double revenue by 2027 and keep margins around 30%. Growth push focuses on Asia and wider localization, Resonant will ship with 8 voice languages, including Chinese and Brazilian Portuguese. 💸

Conan Exiles

⚡️ Conan Exiles has been ported to Unreal Engine 5, Funcom rolled out a free Conan Exiles Enhanced update on Steam.

This is the biggest tech/visual overhaul in 8 years: rebuilt environments, models and lighting, a refreshed UI, lots of QoL fixes and Steam Deck optimisation. Siptah and the Exiled Lands are now merged into one seamless world with free travel between them.

007 First Light

⚡️007 First Light from IO Interactive looks far from bite-sized, roughly ~20 hours of gameplay, with estimates around 15-25 hours depending on difficulty and playstyle.

That puts its campaign past recent Uncharted and Indiana Jones runs, and makes it much meatier than the 11‑hour Pragmata and Resident Evil Requiem. Expect a YOUNG Bond, but a full-scale experience.

v3.3, Reverbs From the End of Galaxies

BeastLink

🦖BeastLink, an online action with KAIJU and full-scale destruction: closed beta on May 8, early access in Summer 2026.

Grove Street Games is bringing it to PC, PS5 and Xbox Series. Up to 32 players, humans, vehicles (cars, helicopters, tanks, planes) and colossal beasts clash across fully destructible megacities. All destruction is networked and physics-driven: the patented "Superdestruction" tech handles hundreds of thousands of breakable objects. Russian text confirmed.

MOTORSLICE

⚡️ Release trailer for MOTORSLICE, a punchy action game starring a girl with a hefty tool: there's a CUTIE, fast-paced combat and loud visuals.

Regular Studio and Top Hat Studios launched it on PC (Steam), PS5 and Xbox Series. Price is ₽650 (the listed figure ignores a 10% promo running until 19 May), and the game is partly localized into Russian. Metacritic sits at 75 from 6 reviews; Steam shows 95% after 70 reviews, and the title pulled in over 1500 thousand concurrent players.

Fallout 76

🤝 Fallout 76 survived not just because of patches, the 2018 launch flopped, but the player base kept it ALIVE.

At the BAFTA Games Awards the title was nominated in "Evolving Game" but lost to another comeback project. At the ceremony creative director Jon Rush told Insider Gaming the main reason the game keeps growing is the community. Fans run charity drives and stage in-game theatre, keeping interest high while devs slowly fix bugs and add content. Available on PC (Steam, Microsoft Store), Xbox, PlayStation and in Game Pass with Russian text localization.

Circana

Star Wars roundup: per Circana, the 2015 reboot Star Wars: Battlefront remains the best-selling Star Wars game in the US, despite a lukewarm launch 🤯

The top‑4 is all EA, including the Jedi duology; classics like KOTOR don't even crack the top‑5, and only two LucasArts-era titles made the top‑10, The Force Unleashed and original Battlefront 2. It's a clear sign: the market's boom in recent years has shrunk the commercial shine of old legends.

Abiotic Factor

🚀 Abiotic Factor just dropped a major update, The Cosmic Companions, that actually expands exploration, pets and chemistry into core survival systems.

The Alpen‑Signal observatory, hidden in Dunkeltaler woods, is now a big research hub with its own discovery chain; pets (including tameable pekari) can be chemically tamed, carried, fitted with a rescue collar that knocks them out instead of killing them, or driven into irreversible mutations by feeding; a full distillation/synthesis line crafts stat boosters, anomalous weapon mods and team throwables; plus new traversal toys, utility gear like the M.O.P. 9000 and 100+ new items. WILD

Star Wars: Fate of the Old Republic

⚡️The devs of Star Wars: Fate of the Old Republic rolled in with obvious Mass Effect and KOTOR DNA, mechanics, ideas and tone leak through. BAGGAGE, plain and simple.

This Star Wars Day 2026 was surprisingly light: most of the new info focused on the season‑one finale of Maul, Shadow Lord and the upcoming The Mandalorian and Grogu movie. Not exactly a headline storm.
