Chris Avellone

⚠️ Chris Avellone says Bethesda might lack the resources and crucial files for a proper remaster of Fallout: New Vegas, he claims the source code is lost or fragmented and the studio doesn't know how to rebuild the game.

Avellone alleges that late in development Obsidian, led by Feargus Urquhart, refused to hand over the full source set even for extra pay. Because of that, a remaster in the vein of Oblivion Remastered looks TOUGH. StopGame recently played a New Vegas tabletop RPG.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance

🏰 Warhorse Studios kicked off a charity tie‑in on the Steam sale: for every base copy of Kingdom Come: Deliverance sold they'll donate $1 to restore Pirkstein Castle, yes, the in‑game fortress. The castle needs major fixes (bell tower, grounds); repairs are underway but underfunded.

Direct donations to the Sázava Monastery of €/$100 or more will have your name engraved on plaques inside the bell tower. The campaign runs until April 27; the game is up to 80% off on Steam. NICE

«Litvyak»

✈️ To mark the release of the film «Litvyak», Pixel Storm rolled out a CIS‑only pack for War Thunder centered on Lydia Litvyak, the most successful female ace in history.

The pack adds a brand‑new premium late‑series Yak‑1 faithfully recreated, the first detailed female pilot model in the cockpit, plus a commemorative player portrait and the honorary title "White Lily". A respectful collectible drop, cool, memorable and SICK.

Tom Henderson

🚫 Tom Henderson says Black Flag Resynced will be presented as a «purely story» experience focused on Edward Kenway, NO multiplayer and classic DLCs, including the Adewale add‑on, won't be included.

Ubisoft reportedly treats that as final: the remake gets new systems, story beats and extra content instead of post‑launch DLC; the original Assassin's Creed IV and its expansions stay on storefronts. Premiere stream, 23 April, 19:00 MSK on YouTube; release per Henderson, 9 July.

Stellar Blade

⚡️The makers of Stellar Blade cheered the success of Pragmata: Shift Up publicly congratulated director Cho Yeong-hee and admitted they're PROUD of Korean talent.

A streak of hits, Crimson Desert, Pragmata, Stellar Blade, shows the same thing: East Asian studios have climbed into the AAA top tier and are now shaping the rules of the global market.

MindsEye

🤨 Developers of MindsEye have sued the leadership of Build a Rocket Boy, accusing them of secretly installing SPYWARE Teramind on work devices.

The case was pushed by union IWGB: Teramind can allegedly log keystrokes, record screens and microphone audio; the software was removed in March after about 40 workers signed a complaint, but management still hasn't disclosed what was collected or where it's stored. The union says this goes beyond productivity tracking and violates data‑protection laws. Mark Gerhard has called the situation "organized espionage" and said UK and US authorities are involved. This isn't the studio's first clash with staff, the union already accused them of mass layoffs in 2025.

Starfield

🚀 Against the HATE: Starfield has topped the US weekly sales chart again, the first time since fall 2023.

Despite the notorious "unplayable" PS5 port, Circana reports the Terran Armada DLC and the Free Lanes update sparked a strong sales surge. Analysts are split, some say the game barely recoups its massive budget, others reckon Crimson Desert or a rumored Switch 2 port could overtake it.

CCP Games

🤨 CCP Games admits testers were unhappy with EVE Vanguard, feedback was described as «brutal», but devs NOT BACKING DOWN and see criticism as a useful signal.

CCP Gortz says Discord threads blew up: the main gripe targets the evacuation mode, players don't always know when a match ends or why their pilot dies, which creates uncertainty and kills the pacing. No concrete fixes announced; devs emphasize steady community contact and iterative tweaks. Much of the latest footage focuses on clones and the tense PvPvE tone, the project will continue evolving before release.

Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Resynced

🔫 Twitch promo leak: a partner streamer accidentally posted a banner showing viewers of the Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Resynced presentation can get the exclusive pistol «Rufino» after just 20 minutes of watch time.

Ubisoft keeps getting roasted, the community jokes the project is as leaky as a pirate ship, and some fans suspect the stated release July 2026 might be a smokescreen for a surprise launch right after the trailer. FREEBIE
