Clockwork Ambrosia

⚙️ Clockwork Ambrosia drops on May 12, a cute steampunk metroidvania from Realmsoft and publisher OI Games.

Nearly 14 years in development; founder Nathan Hiemenz says the team prioritized freedom to experiment. Expect fast, dynamic combat, deep weapon customization (six weapon types, 150+ mods), crafting, hand‑drawn pixel art and a soundtrack by Johnny Stixx. Demo on PC/Steam, English‑only. HYPED

Erika Ishii

⚡️ Erika Ishii hinted that Sucker Punch is switching the franchise's direction: after Ghost of Yotei (2025) the studio prefers standalone entries, a new hero, a different era, a self-contained story. According to Ishii, this will be the series' new baseline, so a comeback for Atsu in upcoming projects looks unlikely.

Ishii admits saying goodbye to the character is hard, but calls the move BOLD and sensible, Sucker Punch has already shown it can take risks and still deliver hits.

Larian Studios

Larian Studios is tearing down limits, the next Divinity, built on an in-house engine, removes a major cap: acts can be any size, and co-op players no longer must move between acts as a full party.

Technical director Берт ван Семмертье told Edge the team is deliberately skipping photorealism to funnel resources into systemic depth, more characters on screen and a powerful hero editor. With its own engine the game is shaping up to be their most ambitious project yet, release date TBA. WILD

MOTORSLICE

🤸♀️MOTORSLICE lands on May 5, 2026: Regular Studio and Top Hat Studios dropped a trailer showing a minimalist post‑apocalyptic parkour, acrobatics, physics puzzles, hardcore combat and massive bosses. Coming to PC (Steam), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.

You play Pi, a girl with a CHAINSAW doing daily grind on the ruins of a megastructure, simple visuals but heavy atmosphere and brutal, fast gameplay that hits hard.

Delta Force

⚡️ Delta Force dropped a cinematic trailer for Season Echo, the video leans into suspense and oppressive SILENCE instead of the usual big shootouts, setting a darker, tenser mood for upcoming battles.

The emphasis has shifted to stealthy, tactical survival and an unseen threat: the devs are selling atmosphere and intrigue while keeping maps, operators and modes under wraps. Season is live on PS5, time to SNEAK, not RAMPAGE.

Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced

Media: Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced hasn't cut the modern-day segments, they've been reworked, reports Insider Gaming 👀

Back in 2025 there were rumors the remake would drop the modern storyline; reporters saw a leaked presentation in which a developer mentions rewritten story beats. The original game included brief first‑person scenes with an Abstergo employee, how the remake will handle those sequences is still unclear. Full reveal: 23 April, 19:00 MSK on YouTube.

Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred

💀 RECKONING approaches, Blizzard dropped the release trailer for Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred; the expansion arrives on April 28.

Game Pass Ultimate

⚠️ Game Pass Ultimate just dropped to $22.99, PC Game Pass, to $13.99.

But there's a catch: from 2026 new Call of Duty titles will no longer land in Game Pass on day‑one, they'll be added only in the holiday season of the following year. If you expect Modern Warfare 4, subscribers might wait until end of 2027. Existing CoD games stay in the catalog, and Microsoft may add older entries, Game Pass still keeps hundreds of games and day‑one access for other big releases. BUMMER

Blood Hunt

🧛 Blood Hunt, new PvE mode in Marvel Rivals, landing April 23, 2026. NetEase basically revives the 'Marvel Zombies' vibe, only now the hordes wear vampire skins.
