Masters of Albion

👀 Devs of Masters of Albion dropped a dev diary that peels back the curtain on making a «god game», not polished pitches, but the studio's day‑to‑day.

The takeaway: development isn't a straight line. Some days are all about systems, mechanics, decisions and deadlines; other days are spent on unexpected, mundane fixes. The project grows step‑by‑step via iterations, testing and course corrections, a constant balance between big ideas and actually implementing them. People and teamwork shape the result. Sometimes pure CHAOS, sometimes craft.

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time

🎮 Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, the 2003 CLASSIC is coming to modern Xbox via backward compatibility.

After the remake was cancelled in January last year, Microsoft is using its 25th anniversary events to reboot the compatibility program: new additions from original Xbox and Xbox 360 are expected (some already popped up briefly in the Microsoft Store). That means the classic platformer will run on current consoles without hunting for old hardware or fiddling with workarounds, a tidy way for fans to replay it and for newcomers to discover the series.

Pilotpriest

⚡️ Composer Pilotpriest has been revealed and the main theme just dropped for Silent Hill: Townfall.

Screen Burn's FPS survival-horror sends you to a fictional 1996 Scottish isle, Saint-Amelia, where protagonist Simon Ordell returns to "fix past mistakes", but a CURSED mist plus classic Silent Hill staples (monsters, puzzles, stealth, scarce weapons) turn it into a fight for survival. A standout mechanic is the pocket CRTV. Launch planned this year on PC (Steam, Epic) and PS5 with Russian text; exact date TBA.

Crimson Desert

🔥 Crimson Desert topped Steam's sales chart AGAIN, the third time since launch.

On PC it refuses to budge: the top also features Resident Evil 4, ARC Raiders, Rockstar classics Red Dead Redemption 2 and Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced, with Call of Duty closing the top ten. Also listed: Slay the Spire 2, Gray Zone Warfare, RACCOIN: Coin Pusher Roguelike, NBA 2K26. Steam Deck dropped out again.

Overwatch

In Overwatch the team quietly reworked An Zhany, less of a baby-face, sharper eyes and brows, slimmer cheeks and lips, so she reads older and more like her brother Wu Yan 😏

Game director Aaron Keller says the look now matches her determined, leader-type vibe; voice actor Fareeha Andersen called the update a win. The new model drops in Season 2 on April 14, and the trailer for the next hero goes live April 8 at 19:00 MSK. LOL

Gothic 1 Remake

⚡️ PRE-ORDERS are live, Gothic 1 Remake: devs Alkimia and THQ Nordic insist the release won't be delayed.

On PC (Steam and GOG) the game is priced at $49.99, while Russians get a special ₽2699 rate as a bonus for the Russian dub; PS5 and Xbox Series owners pay $59.99 but receive Gothic Classic with the purchase. Devs also dropped a short trailer, watch it and decide if you want to hand over your cash.

Bethesda

Bethesda smashed the "Starfield is dying" myth, it's NOT DEAD, folks 🚀

In a GamesRadar interview Tim Lamb said the game is built for the long haul: the team has loads of unused lore and new-location ideas. Istvan Pely confirmed both small tweaks and full-scale DLC are planned, the game has been evolving for three years, already got an expansion and patches, and a second expansion is on the way. A PS5 launch could give the franchise fresh momentum; the finale is still far off.

Game Pass

Game Pass April, first drop: what's already in and what lands soon 🎮

Live now: Final Fantasy IV. 8 Apr, DayZ (preview Endless Legend 2 and FBC: Firebreak move to Premium). 9 Apr, Planet Coaster 2, 10 Apr, Tiny Bookshop, 14 Apr, Hades II and Replaced, 17 Apr, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Multiple Premium moves on 13/16/21/23. SWEET?

Pragmata

CUTE overload: the new trailer for Pragmata introduces Diana 😳

A slick 50‑second clip shows the girl in a blue jacket exploring a moon base with her sidekick Hugh, blending innocent curiosity and adorable vibes with pro-hacker skills and cold-blooded combat.

Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis

⚠️ Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis, the ambitious remake of the 1996 original reportedly pushed from late 2026 to February 2027, which could leave the franchise's 30th anniversary without its main release. The tip comes from insider group Society of Raiders, who previously nailed the TGA 2025 reveal.

Crystal Dynamics and Amazon Games are silent. In March 2026 the studio had another round of cuts (~20 people), the fourth this year, analysts point to internal troubles as a likely cause. Still, the game's Steam page got fresh HD promo and art, often a precursor to announcements or preorders, so fans are, understandably, WILD.
