⚡️IGGYMOB has bought full rights to Gungrave from RED Entertainment, they're not letting the franchise die.

The team that's spent the last 10 years on the series now owns the characters, world and all media rights; creator Yasuhiro Naito was named director. IGGYMOB plans to push the niche shooter into a global brand with animation, merch and other content. Their current focus is Gungrave G.O.R.E. Blood Heat on Unreal Engine 5, a full REBOOT of the 2022 game with reworked gameplay, boosted visuals and new systems; devs admit past mistakes and promise a «love letter» to vets plus a clear entry point for newcomers.

🚀 CCP Games rewarded devs for tools that let players build full societies in EVE Frontier.

In a contest run with Sui, roughly 800 creators submitted 120 projects over three weeks, winner CradleOS got $25,000 and an invite to EVE Fanfest 2026. CradleOS provides logistics, economy and territory-defense tools via smart structures. Jury also highlighted Frontier Flow, Blood Contract, Bazaar and Shadow Broker Protocol. original Assassin's Creed

RUMOR: Ubisoft is reportedly remaking the original Assassin's Creed, leaks from insiders j0nathan and Tom Henderson have been circulating. 🕵️

Allegedly the remake is being worked on alongside a confirmed project; there's no official announcement yet. If true, the release could be timed for the franchise's 20‑year anniversary in 2027. A near‑decade labour: work began in 2016, was frozen after the lead programmer died, resumed in 2024, and the full translation dropped in April 2026. The game dates to 1993; the team reminds that the series treats "magic" as advanced tech aboard a spaceship. The Russian build is available to download in open access.

The Last of Us Online

The Last of Us Online, a standalone multiplayer spun out of the first game's confrontation mode; Vinit Agarwal says many devs still call it the best multiplayer they've ever played.

According to Agarwal the project was about 80% finished, but Naughty Dog had to choose between continuing it and focusing on the next big title led by Neil Druckmann. The cancellation hit late, Agarwal learned about it a day before the public announcement and says he'll now only work on games that actually make it to release. WILD.

Ubisoft

🧙♀️ Ubisoft pulled about 50 people off Assassin's Creed Hexe, reports insider Tom Henderson.

They weren't fired immediately, devs were parked IN LIMBO inside the company and risk losing their jobs if they don't land a project within 3 months. New content head Jean Guesdon gutted the "magic" (yes, even the cat companion); Hexe now takes a grounded approach to witchcraft. Release is set for June 2027, but the cuts could push the launch toward late 2027.
